Job Description: As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist at, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our products from the warehouse to our customers. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling a variety of tasks related to shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents, and inspect for any damages or discrepancies.
• Process outgoing shipments, ensuring that all products are properly packed, labeled, and documented for shipping.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
• Coordinate with carriers and schedule timely pickups and deliveries.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Ensure that all shipping and receiving documentation is complete and accurate.
• Manage and maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
• Assist in other warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in shipping and receiving or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately.
• Ability to lift heavy packages, as needed.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
